このスキルは、Claude Code のセッション終了時に、作業の継続性を確保するためのファイルを生成します。従来のセッションサマリーやメモリベースの手法とは異なり、実際のファイル変更やコマンド実行履歴などの証拠（エビデンス）に基づいて、次回セッションで即座に作業を再開できるような構造化されたドキュメント（継続性ファイル）を作成します。これにより、開発者は文脈を再構築する手間を省き、効率的に作業を引き継ぐことができます。主に Claude Code 上で動作し、セッションクローズプロセスに組み込んで使用します。
