boshu2/council は、重要な意思決定において複数の独立した審査員による合意形成を自動化するAIエージェントスキルです。元に戻せない決定（アーキテクチャのフォークや一方通行の選択肢など）や、高リスクな判断（スコアリングオプションなど）を下す前に、審査員を招集し、各審査員が独立して評価を行い、その結果を集約して最終的な合意または結論を導き出します。このスキルは、人間の介入を減らしつつ、決定の質と信頼性を向上させるために設計されています。Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなどの主要なAIエージェントプラットフォームで動作し、プロジェクトの重要な分岐点での意思決定を支援します。内部では、審査員ごとに独立した評価プロセスを実行し、多数決や重み付けなどのメカニズムを使用して合意を形成します。
