このスキルは、AIエージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）向けの新しいスキルを迅速に作成するためのボイラープレートテンプレートです。開発者はこのテンプレートを使用して、ワークフローの定義、トリガー条件の指定、実行手順の記述を標準化された方法で行えます。スキルは「いつ使用するか」「ワークフロー」「リファレンスとスクリプト」のセクションで構成され、自動選択されるシナリオや明示的なユーザートリガーを設定できます。テンプレートはSKILL.md形式に準拠しており、エージェントが自動的に解釈・実行できる構造を持ちます。これにより、個人用スキルや共有スキルの作成が効率化され、一貫性のあるエージェントスキル開発が可能になります。
