このスキルは、複数のリポジトリにまたがる開発ワークスペースにおいて、AIエージェント（Cursor、Claude Code、Codex、Ampなど）向けの共有スキル、設定、自動化を一元管理するためのツールです。開発者は一貫したルール、ナレッジベース、自動化スクリプトを定義し、ワークスペース内のすべてのリポジトリに適用できます。これにより、AIエージェントの動作を統一し、プロジェクト間での知識の断片化や設定の重複を防ぎます。YAMLやMarkdownでスキルを定義し、`rules/`や`scripts/`などの標準ディレクトリ構造で管理するため、新規開発者やCI/CDパイプラインとの統合も容易です。
