skill-keeper 是一個專為 AI Agent 環境（如 Claude Code、Cursor、Codex）設計的本地技能審計工具。它能自動掃描本機所有已安裝的 Agent Skill，逐一提取技能功能描述、來源路徑以及所屬客戶端資訊，並檢查是否存在重複加載的 Skill 或已損壞/漂移的資源鏈接。審計完成後，工具會生成一份內容詳實的 Markdown 報告與可供互動瀏覽的 HTML 報表，方便開發者快速掌握本地技能體系的健康狀況。此外，支援 `--json` 參數進行自動化無人值守巡檢，可整合進 CI/CD 流程或排程任務中，確保技能管理長期穩定。支援平台包括常見的 AI Agent 開發工具，無需依賴外部服務，完全在本機執行。
