「winterlightning/claude_skills」是一個用來存放 AI 代理技能（skill）的儲存庫。對於開發者或 AI 代理使用者而言，這個儲存庫的用途在於提供一個結構化的方式來組織、分享與重複使用各種技能定義。它支援 Claude Code、Cursor、Codex 等平台，但本身並不包含特定的技能實作，而是作為一個技能檔案的管理入口。使用方式很直接：開發者可以從這個儲存庫中取得技能檔案（通常以 SKILL.md 標記），然後將其導入到支援的 AI 代理環境中。目前該儲存庫尚在初期階段，只包含一個簡短的說明文件，但未來預計會擴充更多實用的技能。
