Use this verification sequence for an uncertain or material teaching claim:
claim -> make falsifiable -> authoritative/primary source search -> compare evidence -> verdict -> safe teaching form
Load references/source-policy.md before searching. Turn the result into one
safe teaching form and return exactly one verdict: confirmed, qualified,
contradicted, or unknown. An unknown result has insufficient trustworthy
evidence and must not be taught as fact. This skill verifies claims only; it does
not import or apply external learner profiles, teaching behavior, or preferences.
