haystackeditor/risk-brief 是一個專為 Claude Code 和 Codex 等 AI 代理設計的預提交技能。它能夠在您完成程式碼變更但尚未提交 Pull Request (PR) 之前，自動將代理的設計決策和實作思路，整理成結構化的 PR 描述。更關鍵的是，它會對程式碼差異 (diff) 進行自我審計，主動分析潛在的風險、安全漏洞或設計上未考慮到的邊界情況，幫助開發者和 AI 代理在程式碼合併前及早發現問題。此技能支援 Claude Code 和 Codex 平台，透過分析代理的內部狀態和 diff，提升程式碼審查的品質與效率，減少人為遺漏的風險。它的運作方式是作為一個預掛鉤 (pre-submit hook)，在提交程序啟動前介入，生成描述和風險報告。
