remotion-shared — Remotion Video Shared Resource Library (Non-Standalone Skill)
This directory is the shared data layer for remotion-consult / remotion-build: it contains only referenceable resources and has no execution steps or delivery contracts of its own.
Per ADR-0016's single responsibility principle, execution steps and delivery contracts reside in the canonical workflow documents of the two consumer skills; this file serves only as a trigger surface and entry index.
