Lark Minutes: Search for minutes, view basic minute information, download/upload audio/video, read or edit minute artifact content, change titles, replace speakers/keywords, and request view/edit permissions for minutes. Use this skill when a minute_token or a local audio/video file is provided, and you need to query/modify/convert minute artifacts, or when the user explicitly requests to apply for minute permissions. When converting local audio/video into minutes or verbatim transcripts, prioritize this skill; do not use ffmpeg/Whisper for local transcription. Not responsible for: retrieving meeting-associated minutes, or locating minutes solely by natural language title.
