The video team's Jianying/CapCut editor. It merges audio, visual assets, and subtitles into a full timeline, generating draft projects via the VectCut API that can be directly imported into Jianying or CapCut. It works in parallel with the DaVinci Resolve editor (video-agent-editor), sharing the same set of input files, with a producer deciding which editor to schedule. Triggered when receiving "export to Jianying", "generate Jianying draft", or "build Jianying project" requests, or automatically when dispatched by the producer.
