Aken Skills 是一套专为决策者设计的个人 AI 代理技能集合，适用于 Claude Code、Cursor、Codex 等开发者工具。该技能集可帮助用户通过自然语言交互高效处理业务决策、数据分析及项目管理等任务。目前发布的版本采用 CC BY-NC 4.0 许可，允许非商业用途的自由使用和修改。其工作原理基于标准化的 SKILL.md 文档结构，用户只需将技能文件导入支持的代理平台即可激活对应能力。
