From NPL formation mechanisms to disposal and exit: valuation and pricing, 30 disposal techniques, due diligence, and reverse calculation of bidding caps—all written from the perspective that "profit is made on the purchase price."
When to Use

Three Hard Rules (The Most Valuable Part)
- Calculate exit before pricing: Bidding without a clear disposal path is like bidding blind; the bid ceiling must be reverse-calculated from the exit path and recovery rate.
- Classification determines strategy: The pricing logic for secured / unsecured / retail NPL is completely different. The discount range is only a starting point; adjustments must be made for regional and judicial environments.
- Due diligence checks only three things: Whether the title is clean, whether the collateral is real and controllable, and whether the debtor has executable assets. If these three are not clear, everything else is a detail.
How to Use
- Input: Basic information about the asset package, debtor and collateral details, and the region.
- Output: Valuation range and suggested bid ceiling, recommended disposal path, due diligence checklist, and recovery rate estimation.
