O redhat-et/skillimage é um repositório de código aberto que implementa um registro de habilidades para agentes de IA utilizando o padrão OCI (Open Container Initiative). Ele permite armazenar, versionar e distribuir skills (habilidades) de agentes de IA de forma padronizada, independentemente do framework ou plataforma utilizada (como Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, entre outros). Ao adotar o OCI como formato de empacotamento, as skills podem ser gerenciadas com ferramentas familiares do ecossistema de contêineres, como registros OCI (ex.: Quay, Docker Hub), promovendo interoperabilidade e facilidade de automação CI/CD. Este projeto é útil para desenvolvedores que desejam criar, publicar e consumir skills de agentes de IA de maneira descentralizada e escalável, utilizando infraestrutura já consolidada.
