이 스킬은 AI 에이전트(Claude Code, Cursor, Codex 등)를 위한 범용 스킬 및 하위 에이전트 관리 도구입니다. TUI(Text User Interface)를 제공하여 사용자가 에이전트의 스킬을 쉽게 검색, 설치, 관리할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 주로 개발 환경에서 여러 AI 도구를 함께 사용할 때 통합된 인터페이스로 스킬을 관리하고, 복잡한 작업을 위해 하위 에이전트를 생성/제어하는 데 유용합니다. SKILL.md 문서를 기반으로 에이전트가 자동으로 스킬을 인식하고 동작할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
