이 스킬은 Claude Code 내에서 MTProto 프로토콜을 통해 개인 Telegram 계정을 직접 사용할 수 있게 해줍니다. 기존 Bot API 방식과 달리 개인 계정으로 메시지 전송, 채널 관리, 그룹 참여 등 Telegram의 모든 기능을 활용할 수 있습니다. Claude Code 환경에서 사용자의 실제 Telegram 계정으로 상호작용해야 하는 개발자에게 유용하며, 기존 봇 제한 없이 더 많은 API 기능을 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 설정 과정은 Telegram API ID와 Hash를 요구하며, Pyrogram 라이브러리를 기반으로 동작합니다.
