이 스킬은 macOS Apple Silicon 환경에서 로컬 오프라인 오디오 전사를 수행하는 CLI 도구입니다. NVIDIA NeMo의 Parakeet TDT v3 모델을 사용하여 고품질 음성 인식을 제공하며, pyannote-audio를 통한 화자 분할(diarization) 기능을 지원하여 누가 언제 말했는지 식별할 수 있습니다. 모든 처리가 로컬에서 이루어지므로 오디오 데이터가 외부로 유출되지 않아 프라이버시가 보장됩니다. Claude Code, Codex, opencode와 같은 AI 코딩 에이전트와 통합되어 개발자가 회의 녹음, 강의, 인터뷰 등을 명령줄에서 바로 전사할 수 있습니다.
