이 스킬은 Claude Code에서 세션 간 메모리와 오케스트레이션을 관리하는 도구입니다. 모든 세션을 하나의 인덱스로 추적하며, 세 가지 모드(완료, 인계, 생성)를 통해 작업 흐름을 유연하게 제어할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 세션 종료 시 컨텍스트를 저장하고, 다른 세션에 작업을 인계하거나, 새로운 세션을 생성하여 복잡한 작업을 효율적으로 분할할 수 있습니다. Claude Code 플랫폼에서 사용 가능하며, SKILL.md 문서에 정의된 대로 작동합니다.
