이 스킬은 개발자가 Claude Code, Cursor, Codex와 같은 AI 에이전트의 스킬을 체계적으로 관리하고 배포할 수 있도록 설계된 CLI 도구입니다. 기존에 개별적으로 존재하던 에이전트 스킬들을 '팩(pack)'이라는 단위로 패키징하여, 팀 내에서 검토(review)하고 라우팅(routing)하기 쉽게 만듭니다. 이를 통해 스킬의 버전 관리, 의존성 추적, 그리고 여러 에이전트 간의 일관된 동작을 보장할 수 있습니다. 주로 명령줄 인터페이스(CLI)에서 작동하며, 개발 워크플로우에 자연스럽게 통합됩니다.
