npx skills add poudelprakash/hooks-subagents-skills-workshop이 스킬은 AI 에이전트 개발 워크숍에서 사용되는 스타터 저장소로, 훅(Hooks), 서브에이전트(Subagents), 스킬(Skills)이라는 세 가지 핵심 개념을 실습할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 저장소에는 의도적으로 하나의 배럴 임포트(barrel import) 버그가 심어져 있어 참가자가 이를 발견하고 수정하는 과정을 통해 실제 프로젝트에서 발생할 수 있는 문제를 경험할 수 있습니다. 세 개의 실습 과제(lab)는 각각 훅, 서브에이전트, 스킬을 주제로 하여 점진적으로 난이도가 올라가며, 참가자는 이를 해결하면서 AI 에이전트 구축에 필요한 실무 역량을 키울 수 있습니다. 주로 Claude Code, Cursor, Codex와 같은 AI 코딩 도구와 함께 사용되며, 스킬 디렉토리 구조를 이해하고 커스텀 스킬을 제작하는 방법을 배우는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
