TheOwlOps/media-broadcast 스킬은 개발자나 AI 에이전트가 이미지 및 파일을 Telegram과 Zalo 메시징 플랫폼에 동시에 전송할 수 있도록 해주는 유틸리티입니다. 이 스킬은 멀티플랫폼 메시징이 필요한 상황(예: 알림 배포, 콘텐츠 공유, 마케팅 캠페인)에서 유용하며, 각 플랫폼의 API를 개별적으로 호출할 필요 없이 단일 명령으로 두 서비스에 브로드캐스트할 수 있습니다. 주로 CLI 환경(예: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)에서 동작하며, 사용자는 봇 토큰과 채팅 ID 등의 설정을 환경 변수나 설정 파일로 관리합니다. 내부적으로는 각 플랫폼의 공식 API(Telegram Bot API, Zalo ZNS API 등)를 활용하여 멀티파트 업로드 또는 직접 전송을 처리하며, 파일 확장자나 MIME 타입을 자동으로 감지하여 적절한 형식으로 전송합니다. 에러 처리가 내장되어 있어 전송 실패 시 명확한 로그를 제공합니다.
