이 스킬은 PM(프로젝트 매니저)이 Claude Code(Claude AI의 코드 생성 및 작업 자동화 도구)와 함께 일상 업무를 더 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 설계된 공개 스킬/에이전트/명령어 패키지입니다. 사용자 정의 명령어와 사전 구축된 에이전트를 제공하여 작업 계획, 상태 추적, 문서화 등 PM 관련 반복 작업을 자동화하고 간소화합니다. 주로 Claude Code 플랫폼에서 작동하며, SKILL.md 파일을 통해 각 스킬의 구성과 사용법이 명확히 정의되어 있습니다. 이 패키지는 PM 업무 흐름을 최적화하고자 하는 개발자와 관리자에게 유용하며, 커스터마이징이 용이하여 다양한 프로젝트 상황에 맞게 조정할 수 있습니다.
