이 스킬은 Claude Code 에이전트가 여러 세션에 걸쳐 작업 맥락을 잃지 않도록 도와주는 롤링 다이제스트 세션 메모리 플러그인입니다. `/codex` 명령어를 통해 프로젝트의 `HANDOFF.md`와 `learnings.md` 파일을 자동으로 관리하며, 각 세션이 끝날 때마다 중요한 결정 사항, 진행 상황, 학습 내용을 요약하여 기록합니다. 이렇게 하면 파일이 불필요하게 커지지 않으면서도 항상 최신 상태로 유지되어, 새로운 세션을 시작할 때 에이전트가 이전 작업 내용을 빠르게 파악하고 이어서 작업할 수 있습니다. 주로 Claude Code 환경에서 사용되며, 개발자들이 장기적인 프로젝트를 진행할 때 컨텍스트 스위칭 비용을 줄이고 생산성을 높이는 데 유용합니다.
