• Never generate, reveal, move, or overwrite secrets without explicit authorization.
• Prefer manifests, registry output, self-model queries, and GitHub metadata over duplicated prose.
• Report failed or unavailable checks exactly; do not turn missing optional context into a successful validation claim.
