이 스킬은 Make 제품 관리자(PM)가 Claude Code를 통해 Canny에서 수집된 사용자 피드백을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. Claude Code 채팅 인터페이스 내에서 직접 Canny 게시물을 분류하고, 우선순위를 지정하며, 답변을 작성할 수 있어 별도의 도구 전환 없이 업무를 진행할 수 있습니다. 주로 Make와 Canny를 통합하여 사용하는 PM 환경을 대상으로 하며, Claude Code의 확장 기능으로 동작합니다. 이 스킬을 사용하면 반복적인 피드백 검토와 답변 작업을 크게 단축할 수 있어 PM의 생산성을 높이는 데 기여합니다.
