이 스킬은 합의된 프로젝트 범위를 기준으로 새로운 고객 요청을 평가하여, 예상치 못한 범위 확장이나 맞춤 기능 개발 요청에 대한 커밋 결정을 지원합니다. 주로 고객 대응 엔지니어, 프로젝트 매니저 또는 기술 리더가 사용하며, 요청의 영향(비용, 일정, 리소스)을 명확히 하고 트레이드오프(예: 기능 vs 성능, 일정 vs 품질)를 제시하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 또한 요청의 소유권(어느 팀이나 개인이 처리할지)을 명확히 하여 의사 결정 프로세스를 체계화합니다. 주로 에이전트 기반 도구(Claude Code, Cursor 등)에서 컨텍스트 내 평가 도구로 활용되며, 협의된 범위 문서나 기존 결정 로그와 연동하여 일관된 판단을 내릴 수 있도록 돕습니다.
