이 스킬은 Claude Code에서 사용하는 CLAUDE.md 및 .claude/skills/ 디렉토리의 내용을 에이전트 중립적인 AGENTS.md와 .agents/skills/ 디렉토리로 단방향 동기화합니다. 주요 목적은 하나의 에이전트(예: Claude Code)에 특화된 문서화 및 스킬 구성을 다른 AI 에이전트(Codex, Antigravity, Gemini CLI 등)와 공유할 수 있도록 변환하는 것입니다. 이를 통해 사용자는 서로 다른 AI 에이전트 간에 일관된 작업 환경과 지식을 유지할 수 있으며, 각 에이전트의 특수 설정 없이도 공통된 규칙과 스킬을 재사용할 수 있습니다. 동기화는 단방향으로 이루어지므로 원본(Claude Code 측)의 변경 사항이 자동으로 에이전트 중립 버전에 반영되며, 충돌이나 데이터 손실 위험이 적습니다.
