이 스킬은 Claude Code 및 Codex와 같은 AI 에이전트에서 사용되는 스킬을 중앙 집중식으로 관리할 수 있는 터미널 사용자 인터페이스(TUI)를 제공합니다. 사용자는 스킬을 안전한 저장소에서 가져오고(import), 활성화/비활성화(enable/disable)하며, 사전 설정(preset)을 구성하고, 현재 상태를 구체화(materialize)한 후, 필요시 백업(backup) 및 롤백(rollback)할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 여러 스킬 파일을 수동으로 관리할 필요 없이 일관된 방식으로 스킬을 제어할 수 있어 개발자 워크플로우를 크게 간소화합니다. 주로 Claude Code와 Codex 에이전트를 지원하며, 명령줄 인터페이스(CLI)를 기반으로 동작합니다.
