Bow-T/bow-skills는 회사 전체에서 Claude Code 에이전트에 사용할 수 있는 스킬 모음입니다. 이 패키지는 모든 프로젝트에 공통으로 적용되는 bow-core 스킬과 프로젝트별로 필요한 플러그인으로 구성되어 있습니다. 플러그인 마켓플레이스처럼 쉽게 설치하고 관리할 수 있어, 개발팀이 일관된 에이전트 동작을 유지하면서도 각 프로젝트 특성에 맞는 추가 기능을 선택적으로 적용할 수 있습니다. Claude Code 환경에서 사용되며, 중앙 집중식 관리로 스킬 업데이트와 배포가 간편해집니다.
