このスキルは、WithVibeプラットフォーム向けのClaude Codeスキルセットです。主な機能は2つあります。1つ目は、初めてClaude Codeを使用するユーザー向けのインストールガイドで、迅速に環境をセットアップする手順を提供します。2つ目は、プラグインスキャフォルダー（scaffolder）として、新しいプラグインのプロジェクト構造を自動生成します。これにより、開発者はプラグイン開発の初期設定を大幅に省略でき、WithVibeのエコシステムに準拠したコードを効率的に作成できます。Apache 2.0ライセンスの下で公開されており、誰でも自由に利用・改変できます。Claude Code（CLI版）で動作し、開発者向けツールとして設計されています。
