このスキルは、Claude Codeのセッション終了時に自動的に振り返りを実行し、開発者の行動パターンや一貫性のあるルールをキャプチャするためのものです。各セッションのチャット履歴から重要な行動パターン（例えば「よく使うコマンド」「好まれるコードスタイル」など）を抽出し、メモリとして保存します。また、抽出されたルールは今後のセッションで自動的に適用されるため、長期的なプロジェクトにおいても一貫性のある開発体験を維持できます。主にClaude Code上で動作し、SKILL.mdに基づいて振り返りのプロセスを定義しています。これにより、毎回同じ設定を手動で行う必要がなくなり、開発の効率と一貫性が向上します。
