AlignDevは、フロントエンド開発チーム向けに設計されたAIエージェントスキルです。このスキルは、チーム全体で統一されたコーディング規約とSKILL.mdファイルを生成することで、複数のAIコーディングエージェント（Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、Copilotなど）が一貫したコードスタイルでコードを生成できるようにします。AlignDevを導入することで、各エージェントが異なるコーディングスタイルでコードを生成する問題を解決し、コードレビューの負荷を軽減します。具体的には、チームの技術スタックや好みに基づいてカスタマイズ可能なルールセットを作成し、それらをSKILL.mdファイルとしてエクスポートします。このSKILL.mdファイルを各エージェントの設定に組み込むことで、すべてのエージェントが同じガイドラインに従うようになります。結果として、コードの品質が向上し、チーム内のコラボレーションがスムーズになります。
