このスキル（QuickClaw-Skills/skill-ci）は、QuickClaw-Skills 組織のスキルリポジトリ向けに設計された、再利用可能な継続的インテグレーション（CI）ワークフローです。主な機能として、SKILL.md と skill.json のフォーマット検証、禁止されたファイルや機密情報（シークレット）のチェック、パスや構文の整合性確認、そしてリリース時の 3-way 同期検証を自動化します。これにより、スキル開発者は手動の品質チェックに頼ることなく、一貫性のある高品質なスキルをリリースできます。GitHub Actions をベースとしており、.github/workflows 以下に配置して他のリポジトリから参照することで簡単に利用できます。開発ワークフローに組み込むことで、スキルの公開前に問題を早期に発見し、リリースプロセスを効率化します。
