PetriLahdelma/project-spineは、ソフトウェアプロジェクトの初期段階において、プロジェクトの「背骨（Spine）」となる運用レイヤーを自動生成するコンテキストコンパイラです。このスキルは、プロジェクトの概要（ブリーフ）、既存のリポジトリ構造、設計上の要件を入力として受け取り、AIエージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）が即座にプロジェクトを理解し、効率的に作業を進めるための重要なファイル群を生成します。具体的には、プロジェクト全体の設計意図や制約を記述したAGENTS.md、AIエージェント固有の設定や指示をまとめたCLAUDE.md、GitHub Copilotに対する指示ファイル、プロジェクトの初期スキャフォールド、品質保証（QA）チェックリスト、そして最初のスプリントで取り組むべきバックログを出力します。これにより、新しいプロジェクトのキックオフや、既存プロジェクトへのAIエージェント導入が劇的にスムーズになり、開発者は一貫性のある初期設定を手動で行う手間から解放されます。主にAIエージェントと連携したソフトウェア開発環境で利用されることを想定しています。
