`mynameislichengeng/sk-switch`は、AIエージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）のスキルを効率的に管理・切り替えるためのTUI（ターミナルユーザーインターフェース）ツールです。多数のエージェントスキルが存在する環境で、スキル一覧の表示、有効/無効の切り替え、新規スキルの追加などを直感的な操作で行えます。このツールは、スキルが散在して管理が煩雑になる問題を解決し、開発者が迅速に適切なスキルセットを選択・適用できるように支援します。プラットフォームに依存せず、ターミナル上で動作するため、様々なAIエージェント環境で利用可能です。内部的には、設定ファイル（例：`skills.json`や`skills.yaml`）を読み込み、スキルのメタデータ（名前、説明、有効状態など）を管理し、ユーザーの選択に応じてエージェントの動作を動的に切り替えます。
