このスキルは、Claude Code から WeChat（微信）の公众号記事（mp.weixin.qq.com）を、Web スクレイピングのブロックを回避して読み取るためのものです。通常、公众号記事は動的な JavaScript レンダリングとアンチクローリング対策が施されており、単純な HTTP リクエストでは中身を取得できません。本スキルでは、PowerShell の HttpWebRequest を使用して生のバイト列を取得し、記事本文が含まれる可能性のある 2 つのコンテナ（`js_content` と `content_noencode`）を順にフォールバックしながら抽出します。これにより、Claude Code が公众号の記事を安定して読み取り、要約や翻訳などさらに処理できるようになります。主に Windows 環境の Claude Code ユーザー向けで、PowerShell が利用可能な環境で動作します。
