Canibuild-Ops/claude-config は、Canibuild-Ops組織のリーダーがClaude Codeを効率的に利用するための共有設定リポジトリです。このスキルは、CLAUDE.mdファイルを介して組織ポリシー、スキル、フック、各種設定を一元管理し、ワンコマンドでの環境ブートストラップを実現します。主にClaude Codeプロジェクト向けに設計されており、GitHub ActionsやCI/CDパイプラインとの統合も容易です。複数のリーダーが同じ設定を共有することで、一貫性のある開発環境を維持し、ポリシーの適用漏れや設定の重複作業を防止します。設定ファイルはYAMLやMarkdown形式で定義され、バージョン管理が可能です。
