このスキルは、GitHubのリリースやブランチからAIエージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）のスキルを簡単にインストール、更新、管理できるPython CLIツール「skillup」を提供します。ユーザーはスキル名を指定するだけで、対応するGitHubリポジトリから最新バージョンのスキル定義を自動的にダウンロードし、所定のディレクトリに配置します。これにより、スキルの手動ダウンロードや設定ファイルの編集が不要になり、開発ワークフローが大幅に効率化されます。また、ブランチ指定による特定バージョンのインストールや、インストール済みスキルの一覧表示・削除といった機能も備えており、複数のスキルを統合管理するのに最適です。
