このMCPサーバーは、AIエージェントに仕様駆動開発（Spec-Driven Development）のスキルを付与します。主な機能は、開発中のすべての意思決定、計画、進捗状況をマークダウンファイルとして保存し、セッションをまたいでもコンテキスト（文脈）を維持できるようにすることです。これにより、AIエージェントは以前の会話内容を忘れることなく、一貫した開発支援を継続できます。Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど、MCPプロトコルをサポートする複数のAIエージェントプラットフォームで動作します。本サーバーは、ファイルシステムへの読み書き（`read_file`、`write_file`、`edit_file`、`create_directory`、`list_files`、`search_files`といったツール）を介して、プロジェクトの仕様書や設計ドキュメントを管理します。結果として、開発者はプロジェクトの透明性を高め、AIとの協業をより効果的に行えるようになります。
