このスキルは、OpenAI Codex CLI環境内でPolywaveアーキテクチャを実装するためのものです。複数のAIエージェントが同時に作業できるようになり、各エージェントはファイル所有権が重複しないように割り当てられたファイル群に対してのみアクセスでき、かつそれぞれ独立したワークツリー（作業ディレクトリ）で動作するため、変更の競合や干渉を防ぎます。これにより、大規模なコードベースのリファクタリングやモジュール開発を効率的に並列化できます。前提条件として、`polywave-tools` パッケージがインストールされている必要があります。主にOpenAI Codex CLIをターゲットとしていますが、類似のエージェントワークフローを持つ他のプラットフォームにも応用可能な設計思想です。
