このスキルは、LLMエージェント（Claude CodeやCursorなど）が、ユーザーのローカルブラウザに既にログインされているセッションを利用して、JiraやConfluenceと直接やり取りできるようにします。APIトークンやMCP（Model Context Protocol）サーバーを必要としないため、企業のセキュリティポリシーでそれらがブロックされている環境でも動作します。ブラウザの自動操作（例：AppleScriptでSafariを制御）を通じて、課題の作成、検索、コメント、Confluenceページの読み書きなどの操作を実行します。すべてはユーザーのローカルブラウザ上で行われるため、追加のトークン管理やサーバー設定は不要です。
