このスキルは、Claude Code上でUXR（ユーザーリサーチ）やReOps（リサーチオペレーション）に関する作業を効率的に行うための個人用スキル集です。主にMiro社内でのリサーチ業務を想定して設計されており、インタビューデータの整理、リサーチ計画の作成、参加者管理、インサイトの抽出など、UXR/ReOpsワークフローにおける反復的なタスクを自動化・補助します。現時点ではClaude Code環境での動作を前提としており、Markdownファイルやスプレッドシート、Miroボードなどと連携して使用することが可能です。このスキルを活用することで、リサーチャーはより創造的で価値の高い分析業務に集中できるようになります。
