このスキルは、`review-repo full` によって生成されたインベントリファイルを入力として受け取り、リポジトリの鮮度（freshness）を自動チェックします。具体的には、Markdown文書内の公開リンクが有効か、DockerベースイメージがEnd-of-Life（EOL）に達していないか、Azure Functions Extension Bundleがサポート範囲内かを確認します。すべての検査は「check-only」モードで実行されるため、実際の変更は行わず、問題点をレポートとして出力するだけです。主に、リポジトリ全体の明示的な全検査や定期的な鮮度確認のワークフローで活用されることを想定しています。
