Cette compétence permet de partager automatiquement des fichiers Google Drive (documents, feuilles de calcul, présentations, etc.) avec tous les participants d'un événement Google Agenda. Elle est utile pour distribuer des documents de réunion, des supports de présentation ou tout autre matériel avant ou après un événement, simplifiant ainsi la collaboration. Fonctionne avec les plateformes Google Workspace (Agenda et Drive), en exploitant les API Google pour récupérer la liste des participants et définir les autorisations de partage appropriées. L'agent exécute l'action en utilisant les identifiants de l'utilisateur connecté, ce qui garantit un accès sécurisé et conforme aux politiques de partage.
