Oracle est un outil CLI conçu pour agir comme un second modèle d'IA, spécialisé dans la révision de code, le débogage, la refonte et la conception architecturale. Il permet de sélectionner des fichiers spécifiques pour une analyse ciblée, d'effectuer des vérifications de consommation de jetons en mode dry-run (simulation) et de fonctionner soit via une API (comme celle d'OpenAI ou d'Anthropic), soit via un moteur navigateur pour des interactions locales.
