Also use to choose a runtime hook for a backend: useChatRuntime (AI SDK), useLangGraphRuntime, useAgUiRuntime, useA2ARuntime, useLocalRuntime (custom streaming API), or useExternalStoreRuntime (Redux/Zustand).
