Read profile/CREATOR.md, VOICE.md, HOOKS.md, RULES.md, IDEAS-REMOVED.md first. Then follow playbook/IDEA-TO-REEL.md in order and stop for their choices:

  1. Read their business playbook (playbook/business/<file> named in CREATOR.md) and verify the idea's facts with playbook/BUSINESS-REEL.md §1 (prices, dates, stock, claims they can stand behind). Then the distance ladder and "can this viewer act on it tonight?".
  2. Write it up in their language: two or three hook variants, the full script (five beats, their voice) under the best hook, the gate word and what the gate gives, and the viral score /10 with its breakdown and the weakest part.
  3. Suggest two or three edit styles (/reel-style) with their odds for this content.
  4. Wait. They film and pick; then playbook/TAKE.md → STYLE-REEL.md → MOTION-QA.md before showing anything.

Never invent a number, a price, a review or a result. Never start editing before they picked. Save the script to reels/draft-<slug>/SCRIPT.md.
