¿Qué es scrutinize?

This skill provides an end-to-end code review from an outsider's perspective, focusing on intent and code path verification. It first questions the goal and suggests simpler approaches, then traces the actual execution path (beyond just the diff) to confirm the change works as intended. The output is concise and actionable, with each conclusion justified. Triggered by `/scrutinize` or proactively when the user requests a review, audit, sanity check, or second opinion on plans, PRs, diffs, design docs, or proposed code changes. Works across various AI agent platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
