Series episode

Read first:

  • studio.json (the creator's profile from onboarding), if it exists.
  • The vertical DNA: sitcom-90s.md + sitcom-writing-bible.md for comedy, micro-drama.md for vertical novelas, anime-short.md for anime.
  • series/<id>/series.json: cast and ambitions, roomMap, voices, intro, ending, running bits, episode list. A new series starts from series/_example/series.json.

New series (once)

  1. With the creator: title, premise in one sentence, 3–5 characters (one want + one flaw each), 1–3 sets, tone, language.
  2. Cast every character (cast skill): an in-style sheet per character, approved, with an ElevenLabs voice. Lock voices in series.json → voices (voice id, settings, seed).
  3. Approve a set plate per location, with platesMeta (angle, time of day), and write the roomMap (doors, kitchen, seats, eyelines).
  4. Optional intro: node engine/series.mjs intro-assets <id> (paid: one street shot, a theme, sounds), then node engine/series.mjs intro <id>.

Each episode (the studio skill has the commands and the safeguards)

  1. Intake (flow v5): node engine/studio.mjs new <slug> --series episode:<id> --format sitcom|micro-drama|anime ... with the seven intake answers (studio skill); a brand-new series uses --series new:<id> and its bible is the first gate. Then follow studio.mjs status <slug>.
  2. Script (gate 1)
    • Brainstorm 10 openers. The first line works with zero context and states a want.
    • Rotate the episode engine (see the DNA). No step or phase lists.
    • Comedy: 5–7+ laughs in 60 s, rule of three, a callback, a visible physical button. Micro-drama: conflict by 3 s, one power shift per scene, a cliffhanger in the last 5 s.
    • Present the script plus 2 alternative endings. Iterate until the creator approves.
  3. Shotlist
    • Scenes of ≤15 s, each with lighting and seats.
    • Every change of place gets a shot with moves (shown on screen). Use continuous: true when a character walks into an existing frame.
    • Set "series": "<id>", and for comedy tag.sound: "outro", freezeEnd: 1.6 and a big laugh on the button.
  4. radio.mjs until pacing passes → gen.mjs storyboard → check every panel (identity!) → animatic.mjs → book.mjs → publish or open the book → gate 2.
  5. studio.mjs approve <slug> book --said "..." locks the budget → gen.mjs scenes (all in parallel) → continuity.mjs (positions, physics, dialogue, identity) → qc.mjs score → edit.mjs.
  6. studio.mjs qc <slug> → look at the 4 fps sheet and the transcript → studio.mjs deliver <slug> → deliver out/<slug>.mp4 → copy into series/<id>/episodes/ → add it to series.json episodes → retro.

Creates and maintains the reusable bible of characters, sets and styles (bible/), including character sheets, voice choice and voice samples, and the "clone me" / AI-influencer intake from the user's own photos and voice. Use when a story needs a character or location that doesn't exist yet, when a character drifts between shots, or when the user says "clone me", "make an AI influencer", "new character", "crea un personaje".

LordVayron/video-factory

Turns an approved script into scenes, blocking sheets and shots (projects/<slug>/shotlist.json) built for continuity — each scene is storyboarded as one grid image and filmed as one multi-shot generation, so characters keep their positions, props and screen sides across cuts. Use after the script is approved, when shots break continuity, or when planning coverage for dialogue.

LordVayron/video-factory

Produces long-form ambient videos (10 minutes to 3 hours) — guided meditation, sleep stories, breathwork, affirmations, yoga nidra, focus/study music, ambient loops — with seamless looping AI scenes, a Suno music bed and an optional ElevenLabs voice-over with long pauses, delivered as 1080p YouTube video plus MP3. Use for "meditación", "meditation video", "sleep story", "música para dormir", "ambient loop", "focus music", "video largo de relajación", "yoga nidra", "affirmations".

LordVayron/video-factory

First-run setup conversation for a new creator of the AI Video Factory. Asks exactly five short questions (what to create, where it will be published, language and tone, own brand/product/characters, budget per video), writes studio.json, creates the first project, and explains how to start other formats in new conversations. Use right after installation, when studio.json does not exist, or when the user says "onboarding", "empecemos", "set me up", "configura la fábrica", "what can I make?".
