Portfolio Content Intake
Turn supplied project materials into a decision-ready intake without inventing facts.
Workflow
- Inventory the supplied files, links, and stated facts. Distinguish direct evidence from claims that need owner confirmation.
- Classify content into identity, context, problem, audience, process, contribution, outcomes, media rights, and localization.
- Produce an approval brief with: publishable facts, qualified claims, missing evidence, and precise questions for the owner.
- Recommend
ready, partial, orcontent-pending; do not promote a status merely because media exists.
Non-negotiable rules
- Do not infer roles, dates, team size, metrics, awards, research findings, usage rights, or English copy from visual material.
- Treat unpublished sources and filenames as evidence candidates, not public facts.
- For every media item proposed for use, require a source location, intended role, dimensions when known, alt-text direction, and permission/approval state.
- Keep unpublished material and owner questions out of public-facing copy.
Deliverable
Use compact sections: source inventory, approved facts, claims needing qualification, content gaps, media readiness, localization readiness, and recommended next action. This skill audits and plans; it does not implement a page unless the user separately asks.
